Keewaywin Community members had a meeting at 8 p.m at the community hall to pick out new election officers for this years up coming election.

There were four candidates picked for the election officer and an elder from the community.

Ricky Kakegamic, Lisa Meekis, Stan McKay, Walter Kakegamic were picked and one Elder to be chosen.

These election officers will determine how the election will be run and how it will proceed. They will determine when the nomination meeting will be and the date of the elections will be determined by then.
