Linda Kay Peters, KO Health Director Assistant, Marney Dodic, Home Care Nurse and Phyllis Chowienac, Long Term Care Nurse, visited Keewaywin to partake in a feast provided by the local Home and Commnuity Care team headed by Pauline Mason, HCCP Co-ordinator. The feast was held to explain the program to the community members.

After the prayer by Elder Donald Kakegamic, and introductions by Dorothy Kakepetum, Brighter Futures Co-ordinator Linda Kay Peters and Marney Dodic both  talked about their roles in the program. Then the eating began in ernest.

The feast required two sittings in order to feed everyone that came. The HCCP team would like to extend their appreciation to all that assisted with the cooking and to all the young people who helped with the serving of all the fine food.

Along with Pauline the local Home and Community Care team are Dusty Kakegamic, (Personal Support Worker) Roger Kakegamic, (Home Maintaneance) and the Home makers, Martha Rae and Betty Meekis.
